Re-entering the workforce after six years as a caregiver — genuinely open to what's next.
Catonsville, MD
I spent over a decade building a career in customer experience, logistics, and operations before taking six years away to be the primary caregiver for my daughter through a serious health crisis. That time built real skills — staying steady with no instructions, advocating inside systems that aren't built to be easy to navigate, keeping things running through constantly changing priorities. I'm re-entering the workforce now without a fixed idea of where I'll land, and looking for something remote or hybrid as I get my footing back.
